Claude's current individual plans are Free, Pro, and Max. Claude has expanded well beyond its original conversational and writing focus, with capabilities that include web search, memory, file creation and code execution, connectors, Research, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, and Claude Science.
Anthropic has introduced new Claude models during 2026, including Sonnet 5 and Opus 5.
What this means:
Claude now covers a much broader range of work than the version of Claude described in many earlier comparisons.
